GSEM considers sustainable behavior, sustainable educational and thoughtful future leaders development as an integrated part of our mission, strategy and values. To achieve sustainable mindset for all our students, graduates, professors and management processes we are working primarily towards our growth in areas of :

Impact Universities maps project suggested by the GSEM team of researchers and students (Led by Prof. Zh.Belyaeva, GSEM Academic director and head of EFMD Accredited BA International Economics and Business) was included in 500 top projects in Russia (out of 15000+ submissions).

GSEM is actively participating in ERS related projects and performs in correspondence with institutional social policy of UrFU and in accordance with strategic plan to follow and measure social and innovative impacts grouped in accordance with five selected SDGs.
