As part of the development of the EPAS-accredited programme International Economics and Business, members of the Harvard Alumni Association Juan Carlos Reyes and Alex Rodriguez conducted a master class «Entrepreneurship and Start-up Errors» for students and faculty.
Juan Carlos Reyes and Alex Rodriguez shared their own positive business experience with the students. Starting your business is a very exciting process, so the guests offered to find an excellent idea to implement as a first step. For example, Alex Rodriguez being a student at Harvard University combined studies with the organisation of parties and discos. This idea has evolved into an effective business network. Certainly, business is fraught with many risks and not all start-ups are successful like in the movies. According to Juan Carlos Reyes and Alex Rodriguez, you need to treat your business idea with all your passion and not be afraid of difficulties.
The students took an active part in the discussion and asked questions about the possibility of finding employment and financing their own projects. Juan Carlos Reyes gave the start to the competition of the best business plans for students of International Economics and Business.
