Grenoble Ecole de Management will participate in the conference organized by GSEM

Mark Thomas will be a speaker at the EFMD accreditation seminar, held for the first time in Russia, in the framework of the conference Russian Regions in the Focus of Changes

Associate Dean and Director of International Affairs at Grenoble Ecole de Management, Mark Thomas will take part in the educational programme International Economic and Business.

He will give practical recommendations at the first accreditation seminar of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) in Russia within the framework of the development of the EPAS-accredited programme, as well as conduct classes of the course Strategic Management for IEB students.

Mark Thomas is also organising a training of case studies for the faculty of the programme International Economics and Business.

He has been working with international accreditation agencies for more than ten years (AACSB, EFMD, CEFDG) and has been advising more than 20 business schools on three continents. He also as Chairman of the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business).

He graduated from the University of York, GB. In addition, Mark Thomas is a Master of Management (EMLYON Business School, France) and Linguistics (Lyon III), as well as a graduate of the Harvard Business School and an active participant in the Harvard Graduate Network. Currently, he works in the system of higher education of France as a professor, director of courses, director of educational programmes and director of the Centre for International Relations.

Mark Thomas is the author of many research articles in such journals as the Financial Times, The Economist, Commerce in France, Les Echos. Author of the Global Ed: International Affairs in Higher Education blog on strategies, leadership, globalisation and higher education. Mark Thomas is a member of the editorial board of Strategic Direction and the Journal of International Education in Business.
