The rector of NRU HSE, Yaroslav Kuzminov states in the ten-year period, almost all the routine mental work will go away from the labour market.

«We are talking about new computers, about networks, about new technologies, where people will be replaced by robots. The labour market and social environment will change, and routine work will be replaced by artificial intelligence. But these are not robots, but invisible computer systems,» — noted Yaroslav Kuzminov.

He added that in ten years, the accountants and dispatchers will be ousted from the market, and in 20 years, the professions of an interpreter and a secretary will disappear: it is foolish to spend money on what the system does. Thirty years later, according to Kuzminov, the positions of lawyers and doctors will be gone.

«This trend will have a huge impact on the market. The cheapening of technology is an underlying factor. How quickly will an economically significant displacement happen? We all read about Elon Reeve Mask, there are such machines. In Moscow, for example, they will appear in the next 2-3 years. But humans will not suffer from all this, just as we did not suffer from book printing, when the copyist's work became obsolete,» — added Yaroslav Kuzminov.
