Employers noted the high quality of the graduates’ education
Graduates of Bachelor’s and Master’s programs in Marketing have recently defended their graduation theses. The presentations were attended by employers of the Ural district, which has already become a tradition.
The invited business community representatives showed interest in the works of the graduates and were asking a lot of questions to the presenters. Questions raised by the employers during the work of the State Attestation Commission confirmed the relevance of the topics of the theses presented by the Bachelor’s program graduates:
The State Attestation Commission and the representatives of real economy noted the high quality of the graduates’ education, their confidence in operating marketing, management and lean technologies instruments, as well as the proactive approach, interest in professional development and competitiveness on the job market, which were greatly contributed to by the university’s teachers and professors.
The graduates received job offers from the leading enterprises of the region.

‘Often, when talking to business people, I see and I understand their demand for modern marketing experts. Experts who understand the new reality of communications. I really appreciate the fact that the theses are built on real data and oriented towards practical application of the ideas. It is especially pleasant to see that the graduates have used internet-marketing instruments in their works. I will be glad to see these young people in business or among my employees.’

‘It was my first time participating in a diploma theses defense as expert employer and I was happy to see the shining eyes and excitement that the students were defending their theses and ideas with. All the theses were practice-oriented and concerned with both large-scale projects and the projects for smaller enterprises. Active discussion was held on the topics of lean production and promotion in highly competitive markets. I believe it was a positive experience of interaction with the university.’
