Bachelor Degree Programme «International Economics and Business» is EPAS (European Program Accreditation System) accredited by EFMD in 2015 to become the only one outside Moscow and StPetersburg in Russia. This accreditation confirms that the programme meets international standards of business education and confers greater credibility on its graduate’s degree. For European universities, as well as for many foreign employers international accreditation is a sign confirming the graduate’s professional qualification.

Presented by students and learned by future enrollees of EPAS programme
On April 19, within the context of the annual international conference of students and young scientists “GSEM Spring Days of Science”, a thematic panel in English “Actual Trends in International Economics and Business” was traditionally held under the guidance of Zhanna Belyaeva.
The panel presented 22 reports of students of the programme “International Economics and Business”. The most interesting questions were asked, the most useful comments were given and the fairest points were given by members of the international academic jury, among which were invited experts - professors Ivo Matser (Netherlands), Thomas Osburg (Germany), Hans Wiesmeth (Germany), Mukherjee Soumyatanu (India), and also programme professors Zhanna Belyaeva, Alberto Ferraris (Italy), Natalia Davidson, Elena Frolova, Riad Shams (Bangladesh) and Sohag Kazi (Malaysia).
All participants received the diplomas. According to the summary results, the winners of the panel are:

3 place — “Evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility’s communication on international business strategies” Ekolle Yéléna (Rennes School of Business, France) / “Import substitution in food industry in Russia” Bychkova Marina, Danielyan Lilit (EM-183622, EM-183610) / “The development of the wine market in modern conditions” Sveshnikov Arseniy (EM-453303)
Also, within the context of another educational project “Ideas Workshop”, professor assistants of the programme “International Economics and Business” Iana Lopatkova and Alexander Ishukov conducted interactive games in which future enrollees tried to build a business strategy while promoting brands to a new market in the context of unforeseen factors, and also answered questions about trends and dynamics of the international economics.
