Bachelor Degree Programme «International Economics and Business» is EPAS (European Program Accreditation System) accredited by EFMD in 2015 to become the only one outside Moscow and StPetersburg in Russia. Dolores Sanchez Bengoa held the lecture «Effective Business Communications: Knowledge transfer»
Dolores Sanchez Bengoa, Vice-president of the University of Applied Management Studies (Mannheim, Germany), told «International Economics and Business» students about the features of German and Russian business communications styles, as well as the development of the automotive industry and the training in Germany. Students actively asked questions and shared their impressions about new useful and interesting information.
Dolores is the professor for International Business and Intercultural studies. Her doctoral degree at Leeds Metropolitan University (Great Britain), focused on the influence of national cultures on business performance and especially on knowledge transfer between German, Russian and Eastern European companies. She has been combining consultancy work with lecturing and research activities in additional countries such as Spain, Russia, Lithuania, China and Finland.
In this semester, the «Introduction to IEB» special course was traditionally held for the 1-year students of the «International Economics and Business» programme. Students took part in interactive lectures, master classes and business games by the programme instructors - Zhanna Belyaeva, Alexander Ishukov, Iana Lopatkova, Pavel Kuznetsov, Natalia Davidson; and by the representatives of corporate partners - KPMG, Unilever, Raiffeisenbank and Sberbank.
