Bachelor Degree Programme «International Economics and Business» is EPAS (European Program Accreditation System) accredited by EFMD in 2015 to become the only one outside Moscow and StPetersburg in Russia. This accreditation confirms that the programme meets international standards of business education and confers greater credibility on its graduate’s degree. For European universities, as well as for many foreign employers international accreditation is a sign confirming the graduate’s professional qualification.

Alberto Ferraris held the interactive lecture «Digital Transformation: How companies should manage it?»
Professor Alberto Ferraris told 2nd year «International Economics and Business» students about interesting opportunities through new technologies, as well as the successes and failures of digital transformation in various industries. Thanks to the discussions within the lecture, students were able to consider these issues in more detail and clarify points of their interest.
Alberto is a professor in the Department of Management at the University of Turin (Italy), a research fellow of the Laboratory for International and Regional Economics GSEM UrFU, associate member of the EuroMed Research Business Institute and member of the John H. Dunning Center for International Business, Henley Business School (UK). His research is published in best refereed journals.
On the eve 1st and 4th year «International Economics and Business» students took part in an open lecture by Alberto Ferraris in the Yeltsin Center as a part of the cycle «According to Market Rules. Economic lecture hall of UrFU», dedicated to the 85th anniversary of economic education in the Urals and the 100th anniversary of the Ural Federal University.
Recall that the English-language lectures of international professors are held regularly on the «International Economics and Business» programme. During 2019 professors from Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Croatia, Serbia, Malaysia and Bangladesh have already presented actual topics for students.
